Adrian Douglas
Founder + CEO
Adrian Douglas is a collaborative leader who takes a systematic approach to helping clients restructure their operations to maximize efficiency.

For the past 20+ years, Adrian has worked in higher education administration (most recently as a community college President) supporting colleges in employee relations, strategic planning, and maximizing resources while increasing efficiencies.
Adrian is a transformative change agent with the natural ability to see the big picture as well as manage the details to bring the big picture to fruition. She has been able to leverage her strategic thinking, facilitation, and communication skills to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she has been able to help Real Estate professionals increase operational efficiency in the transaction process.
